Our collection box provides a convenient way to recycle intact batteries and common consumer electronic devices. Each box includes compliant packaging and a prepaid return shipping label—so you can ship from anywhere in the U.S. directly to our Tennessee facility for processing.

What you can ship (intact only)

• Primary lithium / lithium-metal batteries (intact only)

• Rechargeable lithium-ion batteries (intact)

• Consumer electronic devices such as:

  • Cell phones

  • Laptops

  • Tablets

  • Power tool batteries

  • Wireless headphones

  • Portable chargers

What you cannot ship

• Damaged, defective, or recalled (DDR) batteries

• Swollen, leaking, overheating, or compromised batteries

• Lead-acid automotive or motorcycle batteries

• Mercury-containing batteries

• Prototype/test batteries or manufacturing scrap

• Large-format EV/automotive packs

DDR/high-risk batteries cannot be shipped in these boxes. If you have lithium-metal or other high-risk material that may require special handling, start an acceptance review for compliant packaging and disposition guidance.
